ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Meg, I’m a Mum of two, South Coast local and Psychologist of over 10 years. 

My approach to Psychology is holistic in nature and whilst I am trained in and utilise evidence based practices including; Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) I also place importance on the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellbeing.

My intention in therapy is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space so that our work together can unfold.  I acknowledge that each person has their own story and their own internal resources and strengths. In working together my aim is to work with you to find a psychological approach that aligns with your current needs and one that will capitalize on your own strengths.
